**Job Title: Assembly Technician**
**Job Description**
The Assembly Technician supports the full lifecycle of industrial pump service by disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, and testing equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role works a Monday through Friday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and requires consistent, reliable attendance. You will use mechanical skills and power tools to perform detailed teardown and inspection work, document findings, and help ensure high-quality, reliable pump assemblies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Disassemble, clean, and re-assemble pumps according to established procedures and instructions.
+ Receive pumps into the service area, generate parts orders, and perform detailed teardown and condition reports.
+ Document all observations during disassembly and prepare accurate failure analysis reports.
+ Maintain, inspect, and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used in the service of pumps.
