Enterprise Risk Manager – Programs & Operations

RAFI Microfinance, Inc. is looking for a Program and Operations Risk Officer based in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on supporting the Programs & Strategic Internal Partner teams in managing and implementing risk management initiatives across various domains including Project, Operational, and Financial Risk.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a strong grasp of enterprise risk management concepts. You will monitor treatment plans and guide assessments to mitigate risks effectively.
