Organisational Context and Purpose of Role

As a leading operational business with facilities across the African continent we are seeking an experienced ERP Service Manager to provide technical leadership and service management. The role will oversee delivery and continuous improvement of IFS Cloud which covers:

Operations & maintenance Project & construction Procurement Logistics Finance & controlling Consolidation & management reporting Qualifications for this ERP Service Manager include: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in ERP systems management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in IFS Cloud or comparable ERP solutions, including implementation, integration, and service management across multiple geographies.
