Enterprise Engineering Manager

As the Enterprise Engineering Manager, you're responsible for defining and executing the company's global engineering and automation strategy while leading the evaluation, development, and deployment of next-generation robotics, including humanoid technologies. The role bridges upstream technology scouting and proof-of-concept development with downstream industrial implementation to improve productivity, safety, quality, and operational resilience across global manufacturing operations (Philippines, Thaliand, UK).

• Develop the global engineering, automation, and robotics roadmap aligned with business strategy.
