Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Growth & NDR (Remote)

AltScore is seeking a Customer Success Manager who cares deeply about customers, thinks critically, loves solving hard problems, and wants to own outcomes from day one. You will partner with the Head of Customer Success and cross‑functional teams.

In a fully remote setup across the Americas, you’ll own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and expansion, drive NDR, and advocate for clients in product and engineering.
