Enterprise Client Success Manager - Drive ROI & Renewals

Civitfun is looking for a Client Success Manager in Spain to manage client relationships effectively from onboarding through to renewal. The ideal candidate must have experience in strategy consulting and possess excellent communication skills to work with multinational enterprises.

You will be responsible for setting up clients in management tools, reporting on their progress, and defining goals with the CEO. Fluency in English is required while knowledge of German is a plus.
