Job Description

What is the Opportunity?Join SEAS (Shared Enterprise Application Services) team as an Enterprise Applications Support Engineer (EDI/MFT), to manage, support, and optimize our enterprise file transmission and B2B integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Seeburger Business Integration Suite (BIS), managed file transfer (MFT), and EDI/B2B communications to ensure reliable, secure data exchange between internal systems and external trading partners.What Will You Do?

Platform Management & Support Maintain 99.9%+ uptime of the Seeburger BIS platform (MFT, EDI, API Gateway) through daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and SLA-driven issue resolution.

Trading Partner Management Onboard and maintain external partners by configuring protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S), managing certificates, and resolving transmission issues.
