Enterprise Account Executive, AI/Contact Center Solutions

Omilia is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth by identifying and securing strategic opportunities. You will position Omilia's contact center solutions to meet client needs and serve as a trusted advisor through the pre-sales to implementation transition.

In this role, you will map customer requirements to technical solutions, respond to RFPs, and lead demonstrations while collaborating with Sales Engineers and Product Management. Travel up to 20% is expected.
