Job Description
Responsibilities
- Providing front-line service to patients and visitors pro-actively.
- Perform reception duties such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments and surgeries.
- Perform billing and cashier.
- Chaperone doctors and assist them in the room when doctors are performing physical examination on the patients.
- Check clinic stock inventory.
- Assisting doctors in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients
- Assisting Doctors in the collection of samples and maintaining records of patients' medical histories and symptoms
- Educating patients on how to properly manage their condition at home
- Monitoring vital signs and administering medication
- Assisting doctors with minor procedures
- Preparing patients for surgery and admission
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma Holders
