What You’ll Do

As a Engineer/Senior Engineer, Service Support, you will:

• Support Our Affiliates: Provide technical assistance to our affiliates in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller systems, working closely with other departments to solve client problems effectively.
• Warranty Support: Investigate failures, provide logical and reasonable feedback to the factory, and implement countermeasures.
