Summary You will serve as the SPY-6 Lead Software Engineer in the Advanced Radars Systems Division, Electromagnetic & Sensor Systems Department of NAVSURFWARCENDLD. The official title of this interdisciplinary position is ENGINEER or SCIENTIST, depending on the series. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The full performance level of ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15. Responsibilities You will manage the SPY-6 software baselines, overseeing risk management and handling the program management of the software’s development, testing, and integration with the AEGIS and Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) combat systems. You will develop, coordinate, and manage technical requirements and engineering to enable life cycle support planning during all phases of the systems engineering process for the AN/SPY-6 Family of Radars (FoR).
