Engineering Technician Senior Professional

2. MAIN PURPOSE

The Mechanical Engineer – Rotating Equipment provides advanced dynamic-mechanical engineering expertise to support CAPEX, reliability, and asset integrity projects within a brownfield chlor-alkali manufacturing facility.

The role is responsible for developing engineering designs, cost estimates, and scope specifications, and supporting planning and execution of construction activities for rotating equipment systems. The position serves as the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective solutions across the full project lifecycle.

3. DIMENSIONS OF JOB

• Supports execution of a ~$27M active CAPEX portfolio, including brownfield modifications and reliability-driven projects
• Participates in and contributes to large-scale projects up to ~$80M TIC (pipeline)
