ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL)

Summary You will serve as an Engineering Technician (Mechanical) in the Infrastructure Division, Facilities Operations branch of NSWC PHILA DIV. Responsibilities You will liaison with building occupants, engineers, shop personnel, public works, and contractors coordinating outages, work requirements, and schedules to deconflict constraints. You will prepare scopes of work, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules for execution and track / monitor status, working to maintain schedule, making determinations of required project deviation and taking corrective action as required. You will perform field investigations to investigate, review, analyze, and offer condition assessments and other facility related recommendations for improvement.
