Engineering Support Operations Lead

Role Summary:

•  QSAI’s Engineering Support team is looking for an Engineering Support Operations Lead to bridge the gap between day-to-day operations and technical execution. This role is split between our office in Saline and Ford’s VIRTTEX simulator facility in Dearborn. This is a hands-on coordination role that requires a blend of aptitude, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

You will serve as the bridge between complex research intent and its physical execution, ensuring that our engineers and human factors researchers can conduct their studies seamlessly and without friction. We like lifelong learners who thrive on technical variety, enjoy project-based workloads, and are excited to apply their skills across different domains (we’re talking about you, generalists!).  Location:
