Overview
Ulteig is seeking an Engineering Supervisor (ES) in the Renewables Electrical Department focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems, Solar Energy, or Wind Energy Electrical Design. The ES will lead a subset of the team, foster on‑job leadership development, manage projects, and report directly to the Technical Manager while collaborating with sales, marketing, account management, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Project Technical Lead – 60%
- Manages and leads engineering activities during the proposal and design stages of projects.
- Provides project oversight, including scope management, change orders, and schedule maintenance.
- Maintains high quality and responsiveness to meet internal and external client requirements.
- Oversees engineering activities of team members.
