Engineering Superintendent (Ciudad Juárez)

We are looking for a Superintendent responsible for ensuring work schedules are met, supervising a team of employees involved in the analysis, design, validation, implementation, and new product processes, monitoring production processes, methods, workloads, equipment operating standards, and other regulations to produce efficiently and with high quality. This includes systematic review of operational information and reports, seeking opportunities to increase productivity and quality while reducing costs.

• Industrial/Process Engineer or related field
• English +85% (spoken and written)
• Availability to work flexible hours

• Knowledge and experience in plastic molding and extrusion processes
