Engineering Services Manager

The role is responsible for driving innovation, developing new cutting tool technologies, optimizing manufacturing processes, and supporting the company's global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

.Lead engineering, product design, R&D, and process development teams.

. Develop and execute the company's engineering and innovation roadmap.

. Oversee design and development of solid carbide tools, special tools, PCD/CBN tools, and other tooling systems.

. Drive innovation in tool geometry, carbide grades, coatings, surface engineering, and advanced manufacturing technologies.

. Improve manufacturing productivity through automation, digitalization, Industry 4.0, and Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives.

. Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and application engineers to develop high-performance tooling solutions.
