Engineering Service Coordinator

Overview

Service Team Coordinator / Scheduler role for a Leeds-based client, recruited by Cogent Staffing. Cogent Staffing is recruiting on behalf of our Leeds-based client for an experienced Service Team Coordinator / Scheduler. Our client supplies new metalworking machinery and maintains a stock of used machines, typically acquired through part-exchange when new machines are supplied. You will support the client's service team by booking engineers onto customer service jobs and coordinating logistics across a mix of Leeds-based and UK-wide work. This role is critical to ensuring our (highly experienced) engineers are scheduled efficiently and dispatched correctly for servicing extremely complex sheet metal working machinery.
