Key Responsibilities
- Manage all engineering activities that ensure product quality and process efficiency meet customer requirements and company goals.
- Manage department performance by reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing other metrics where applicable. Measure ongoing performance and provide management report on a regular basis.
- Identify organizational skill requirements, assess gaps in key skill areas, implement strategy to close the gaps and strengthen the organization and provide adequate succession planning.
- Drive individuals to continuously improve in key operational metrics.
