+ Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript).
+ 3 years of experience in a people management and 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
+ 5 years of experience working in a complex organization.
+ Experience leading through technical and organizational complexity.
+ Experience with Java, C++, or both.
+ Passion for technology, collaboration, and solving challenging problems.
