Engineering Manager - Qa & Sre

Role Purpose:

We are looking for Engineering Manager QA and SRE.

Automation Excellence (Must Have)

• Drive an Automation-First Quality Engineering strategy with >
  90% automation coverage across critical business journeys.
• Design and govern scalable test automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, API, Microservices, Performance, and Integration testing.
• Lead adoption of modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, Karate, JMeter, and k6.
• Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.
• Define and track automation KPIs including automation coverage, execution efficiency, defect leakage, and release readiness.
• Leverage AI-powered testing, self-healing automation, predictive quality analytics, and intelligent test selection
