Engineering Manager

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Engineering Team.

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, as the Engineering Manager you will support and assist in overseeing all engineering‑related activities, ensuring services meet the needs of the property, our customers, and colleagues. You will play an active role in daily operations, supporting the Director in leading, mentoring, and educating the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: hire, train, supervise technicians, electricians, and plumbers; coordinate shifts; delegate work orders; conduct performance reviews.
• CMMS Utilization: use SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems to track work orders, asset performance, and maintenance history.
• Daily Operational Supervision: distribute and ensure timely completion of work orders; oversee repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, laundry, and kitchen systems.
