Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead plant engineering operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production equipment, utilities systems, and maintenance programs while supporting operational and business objectives.

1. Maintenance Strategy & Reliability

• Oversee and continuously improve the preventive maintenance program across all plant equipment
