PURPOSE OF JOB:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager (Integrated Delivery) to play a pivotal role in one of Australia's most significant and innovative defence programs. As the primary engineering interface for project stakeholders, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, leading the delivery of engineering outcomes while ensuring cost and schedule performance, technical risk management, and effective collaboration across internal and customer teams.
This is far more than a traditional engineering leadership role. It offers the unique opportunity to represent the engineering delivery team in key customer and stakeholder engagements, while building strong international partnerships and influencing project success on a global stage.
