Job Description
Overview The Low Latency Platform and Realtime Technology teams build and maintain the core infrastructure that powers GTS’s electronic trading systems. Our software is responsible for the reliable movement, processing, and distribution of market data and trading events across a globally distributed, high‑performance environment where latency, throughput, and resiliency are critical.
As an Engineering Manager, your primary responsibility is enabling engineers and teams to operate effectively. You will partner closely with senior engineers and system owners to ensure work is prioritized appropriately, execution remains predictable, and engineers have the support they need to succeed. This role is focused on people leadership, delivery coordination, hiring, and organizational effectiveness rather than direct ownership of architecture or technical direction.
