• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, or a similar technical role ;
• Experience leading and coaching engineering teams ;
• Strong technical background and delivery ownership ;
• Knowledge of software quality, maintainability, and operational excellence ;
• Experience working with Agile teams and Product Owners ;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
