Are you an Engineering Manager who enjoys being close to the operation, leading from the front and making a real impact on site performance? We're working with a growing manufacturing business in Cornwall looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to take ownership of maintenance, reliability and engineering performance across a busy production site.

This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where downtime, safety and operational performance really matter. You'll be leading a multi‑skilled engineering team, driving improvements across maintenance and reliability, and working closely with production to keep the site running efficiently.

The role would suit either an experienced Engineering Manager or a strong Engineering Supervisor or Shift Lead to step up into a broader site leadership position.
