Engineering Manager | Hands-on Python Leader & Architect

i4ce is looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager based in Angol, Región de la Araucanía, Chile. This role is for a senior back-end engineer who excels in leadership while maintaining technical proficiency. You will manage a team of engineers, guiding them on complex challenges while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Python, proven leadership skills, and the ability to make effective decisions quickly. Additional experience with Django or FastAPI, as well as familiarity with Infrastructure and DevOps, will be advantageous.
