Engineering Manager (FMCG Manufacturing)

Minimum Requirements BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering. GCC Factories (Mechanical) - Essential . Certified Energy Manager (CEM) qualification will be advantageous. Minimum 8 years' engineering experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, processing, or heavy industrial environments. Minimum 5 years in Engineering or Maintenance Management . Experience in a GMR 2.1 appointment is highly advantageous. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, utilities, project execution, and engineering compliance. Experience managing large operational and capital budgets.
