A. Stucki Company, through its Stucki de México operations, is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing and industrial engineering activities at our Monterrey facility.
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence by ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective production. The Engineering Manager provides strong technical leadership while aligning engineering initiatives with plant performance objectives and long-term business strategy.
