**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in software development, C++ and Distributed Systems.
+ 5 years of experience in a people management role within software engineering.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 10 years of experience with system architecture.
+ Experience with distributed systems and Google production infrastructure will be an advantage.
