About the Role
- Lead the team to deliver accurate, on-time product definitions and technical outputs that meet business and customer requirements.
- Manage processes for WIS/job briefs, drawings, models and BOMs, coordinate cross‑functional inputs to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Focus on continuous improvement, reducing cost, improving efficiency and achieving right first time performance through DFMA, engineering change and robust review processes.
- Monitor KPIs across cost, quality and delivery, and take action where needed.
- Work closely with R&D to ensure designs are manufacturable, aligned to capability and cost targets, and smoothly transferred into production.
- Support strong quality and compliance standards, collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing to reduce non‑conformances and warranty issues.
