Engineering Manager – Ashby We are looking for an experienced engineering leader who has built impressive products and now builds teams of great engineers. Ashby is rapidly growing and wants to double our engineering team over the next year.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 3‑5 engineers, covering product, reliability, and design engineering.
Hire and onboard three to five additional engineers each cycle.
Provide product and technical feedback to help engineers cut scope or improve quality; influence and coach engineers to make the right decisions.
Own large, loosely defined projects, bringing them to delivery with minimal intervention.
Participate in code reviews, bug fixes, and improvement of the developer experience while staying actively engaged as an engineer.
