Engineering Manager, Build High-Impact Global Team

DigitalTolk is looking for an Engineering Manager to establish and improve ways of working for a growing team of engineers. You will build and lead engineers, provide onboarding and training, and collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure high-quality, fast delivery.

You will identify issues early and foster a fun, high-energy workplace for our international team. The role requires at least 2 years of Engineering Manager experience and 4 years in hands-on software engineering, plus experience
