Our client is a large, privately held manufacturer with a global footprint, producing highly engineered components for a variety of industrial markets.
They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their operation. This individual is responsible for providing complete oversight for the direction, planning, and management of all engineering operations at the plant level. This is a highly collaborative role that serves on the leadership team, partnering with other functional leads in creating and implementing the strategic direction of the company.
Duties include
- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, tooling, and engineering processes to improve efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.
