Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements, and ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Project Engineers and Drafters to strengthen technical capability, customer engagement, and overall team performance.
• Provide direct engineering guidance and technical problem‑solving support for Custom Solutions projects and liaise with customers to resolve issues and implement improvements for recurring concerns.
• Review and approve engineering documentation, technical deliverables, material requisitions, procurement requirements, and project‑related records.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with the Swagelok Quality System (SQS), company policies, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.
