Job Description

 Job Responsibilities 
To manage and analyse quality inspection work such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection.
To prepare quality report (rejection, non-conforming report, complaints) on products or parts to supplier.
To assist Design Section to conduct inspection, research and development on new developed parts and products.
To confirm and execute inspection flow.
To plan and coordinate matters related to on-site inspection.
To prepare and issue inspection report with quality control documents such as test certificate, mill certificate to customer.
To plan, manage and update the control of inspection equipment (jigs and tools for inspection).
To draft and prepare inspection procedure.
To provide education/ training to quality inspectors.
To assist other section in Engineering Department on daily operation and work.
