Engineering Delivery Lead - Remote, Equity & Profit Sharing

SearchApi is looking for an Engineering Manager to own delivery end-to-end, allowing the founder to focus on higher-level tasks. You'll run effective project cadences, track progress actively, and be the first escalation point in case of issues.

This role is meant for a technical leader who can manage without micromanaging, coordinate incidents calmly, and help grow the team. The position is fully remote and includes perks like equity share and profit sharing.
