Key Responsibilities- Follow and control processes in accordance with the established guidelines for the Customer Service Department Coordinator in all matters related to customer service requirements.
- Receive RFQ (Request for Quote) from Sales, obtain the service cost and coordinate the service delivery according to the client's needs.
- Create cost estimate sheets for Sales or Customers.
- Contact vendors and affiliates to coordinate service-related activities and manage all associated administrative paperwork.
- Upload and register the project/service request in Syteline.
- Collect and prepare the necessary documentation to invoice the service for the accounting department.
- Generate service completion and delivery reports, and inform the Sales team.
