About The Role
Reporting to the North Asset Manager, the Engineering and Technical Manager is responsible for leading and shaping the engineering and technical capability for INEOS FPS North in support of the Operations, Maintenance and Improvement activities of the asset at Onshore and Offshore locations. The role focuses on translating business strategy into engineering and technical activities, ensuring that asset and organisational objectives are consistently achieved.
The Engineering and Technical Manager provides leadership across the Engineering and Technical Organisation, driving performance, accountability and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
