Engineering And Maintenance Manager (Linares)

What will You Do?
Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site.
Manage and develop a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians).
Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and Facilities.
Manage external vendors, including site security and service providers.
Participate in investment planning and CapEx strategy.
Lead capital projects end-to-end (budget, timeline, execution).
Monitor and optimize departmental costs and KPIs.
Champion a strong safety culture and safe working environment.
