About the Team The Engineering Analyst is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining stable and capable production/business processes as they pertain to product/process quality and throughput, and for monitoring and correcting related issues of Assembly/Production Lines.
What you can look forward to as an Engineering Analyst – Gear Cutting:
Participate in all aspects of simultaneous engineering efforts for new projects (e.g., APQP, QR83, PPAP), including but not limited to work holding fixtures, measurements devices, automation and part touch details, etc.

Plan and implement replacement and/or installation of new cells (machines + automation).

Interpret bevel gear prints including dimensions, tolerances and specifications. 

Perform training to operators, team leaders, supervisors and new members about manufacturing process.
