About the Role
The Process Engineer supports manufacturing through the implementation of process-related initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Set up line support to enable 24x7 coverage on assembly process issues.
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards daily to ensure performance visibility.
- Maintain a stable process by continuously identifying risks in in‑process control and firewall.
- Conduct risk assessments and scoping of processes and products.
- Perform root‑cause analysis, technical simulations, and corrective actions for line and customer issues.
- Drive continuous process capability improvement and establish strong process control and firewall.
- Characterize new processes or material changes and implement controls.
- Benchmark and implement best practices across operations.
