Cradlepoint is looking for a qualified and motivated Engineer - OSS (MS Core and Cloud Specialist) to provide technology leadership, specialist knowledge, and extended support in our Core and Cloud domains. These domains include CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud. As a key member of a dynamic team, you'll contribute to our Managed Services deliverables as part of the Cradlepoint Operations Engine. What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities Infuse Core and Cloud domain expertise into our Domain Support and Automated Operations team. Aid our Automation and Analytics team by applying Core and Cloud domain expertise to support various use cases. Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions, solving potential problems for automation components. Amplify and propel recovery processes to ensure service continuity.
