About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Engineering Supervisor, the Mining Engineer will support the Engineering and Projects departments with planning and stewardship of technical projects and the integration of major work into the active Mine Operation. The role is responsible for coordinating the effective planning and execution of critical scopes within the mine. The successful candidate is self-motivated, works well in a team, and possesses strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. They demonstrate continuous improvement, problem‑solving abilities, and can organize competing priorities to enable effective decision making. Proficiency in mine planning software is essential.
