Responsibilities
As a Metro Real‑time Defect Analysis (RDA) Process & Equipment Engineer, you will develop, deploy, and sustain RDA capabilities that enable robust process control and equipment performance across advanced packaging and New Product Introduction (NPI) manufacturing environments. You will focus on integrating process knowledge, equipment behavior, and automation intelligence to improve tool stability, detect early signals of risk, and accelerate learning during NPI, pilot, and ramp phases. This role serves as a critical link between Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, NPI teams, and RDA, ensuring monitoring strategies are technically sound, actionable, and scalable to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
