Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of tumble finishing technologies to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Oversee the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of assembly and inspection equipment to ensure high reliability and precision.

Evaluate existing production technologies, tools, and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
