PROCESS ENGINEER IIMPACT and OPPORTUNITYEnsure implementation of process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide the Global Process Owner with necessary information for the creation of the Process Design Guideline to ensure global standardization of processes.Ensure the standardization of equipment and processes in the manufacturing plants in Mexico.Provide the necessary information to the global process owner for the standardization of equipment globally.Optimize headcount, production floor and production output.Support standardize maintenance tasks for tooling and operating equipment.Develop and/or update master PFMEAs.Develop FMEAs as needed.Plan and implement reverse PFMEA and execute recommended actions.Apply continuous improvement projects (KAIZEN) to processes.Creation of line documentation: work instructions, flow charts (including cycle times per part numbers, line layout, etc.).
