Engineer I, Maintenance Operations

Responsible for PCB assembly equipment uptime efficiency through proper maintenance/troubleshooting and work for continuous improvement on defect free product from machine side. MAIN PURPOSE AND ROLE To ensure the uptime efficiency of machines in the respective cell, control process defects due to machine related issues, train the operators in the line, and conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule. Revise and update all documentations related to equipment departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Basics The Person should have basic knowledge on electrical, electronics and mechanical engineering. He should be able to trace mechanical, electrical and electronics drawing and schematic diagrams. He should have good communication and coordination skill. He should have good analytical skill.
