Responsibilities
- Manage the manufacturing process and deliveries of the aerostructures for satellite launchers and Ariane 6 from a quality point of view.
- Manage the non‑conformities and deviations opened during the manufacturing process.
- Identify non‑conformity reduction opportunities and follow up on their efficiency and cost reduction.
- Define and implement improvement projects to reduce the cost of quality (inspections reduction and sampling).
- Participate in the offers for quality assurance and quality inspection activities and follow up on budget consumption in the ongoing programs;
identify cost deviations and define action plans to recover.
- Lead the quality activities for new structure developments and modifications (APQP, Control plan, Inspection Registers, PFMEA, FAI, …).
